  1. Eliciting the opportunity for the client to explore criteria in a context. In the video example the criteria is stated as “CAREER” compared to the handle of the suitcase. Coach askes “What is important to you in a Career for you?” “What has to be there?”
    Client lists numerous examples and the client is asked to pick 3 Most Important from her list, the things IN the suitcase. (eg. Independence, Freedom/Flexibility, Creativity, and Well Being.
    What is most important in this example for the client is: Freedom & Flexibility an example of how we evaluate, our motivation and highest criteria.
